My keys to success: Paying close attention to details, being considerate of others, and always going the extra mile. I have applied these philosophies to my life throughout the years, and it has always lead me in the right direction.
I am most thankful for My family, my friends and my Maine Coon cat Julian. What else do you need?
My favorite guilty pleasure is: Eating penne alla vodka or any Italian food in the North End. There is truly nothing better in the world. It makes Boston the easy choice to call home.
Kayla joined Warshaw, Di Carlo in Fall 2018 as an intern and found her passion real estate and estate planning. Kayla particularly enjoys conveyancing, P&S negotiations, title reviews, and landlord tenant matters. Kayla loves working with people and hearing their stories, making client interactions the highlight of her day. Like her co-workers, and now friends, Kayla fell in love with the people and the team environment fostered by Warshaw, Di Carlo. She can think of no one else she would ever like to work.
Kayla is a native of East Greenwich, Rhode Island, having lived exclusively in Rhode Island growing up. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Alabama Honors College, where she majored in Journalism and Political Science. Here she maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA all four years. After graduating college, Kayla achieved her lifelong goal of attending law school when she was accepted into Suffolk University Law School where she earned the prestigious Sargent Scholarship all three years.
Kayla now calls Boston home. She has recently moved to Beacon Hill, where she loves exploring the city and all it has to offer. Though always a Rhode Islander at heart, Boston has truly become her home.
