My keys to success are listening to and connecting with my clients in a profound way; being perseverant and positive even in the most challenging circumstances; and above all being passionate about what I do.
I find most rewarding creating long lasting relationships in which I assist and advise my clients throughout their lives’ journeys.
A professional milestone was the honor of being appointed to the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association allowing me to impact the future shape of the real estate industry.
Noel M. Di Carlo joined the law firm in 2005 while attending Suffolk Law School as a second year student, becoming an attorney with the law firm upon graduation and a Partner in the firm in 2013. Noel serves on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association (REBA), and she is also the co-chair of the New Lawyers' Committee. She has been a speaker at various seminars including at the Italian Consulate, REBA, Suffolk University School of Law and Wellesley College. She was also a recurring guest on Money Matters Radio.
Noel is a 2007 Cum Laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. She concentrates her practice in real estate and personal planning. She represents buyers, sellers, investors and lenders in the purchase or sale of primary and second homes and condos, as well as builders constructing new homes or converting residential property into condominiums.
Noel particularly enjoys helping young families in creating wills, trusts, guardianships and health care documents to protect themselves, their children and their pets.
Noel’s value system and work ethic are the result of being the daughter of Italian immigrants from the Abruzzo region of Italy, where her family produces Montepulciano Wine. She is no stranger to hard work. As a child she participated in the laborious wine making process in her family’s vineyards in Abruzzo.
She is a 1999 graduate of Newton Country Day School of the Sacred Heart, an all-woman’s high school, and in the spirit of female driven education, a 2003 graduate of Wellesley College. Following college, Noel was a special education teacher at Winchester High School, which taught her patience and creative ways to teach and explain concepts in an understandable fashion to those who see the world in a unique way.
